# Chapter the first
	- guy has been a neet for 3 years since dropping out
	- he is programming some stupid thing for his niche hobby but he sucks. hacking away trying to mod a game probably
	- he had also only been one t for a month now
	- he visits the irc channel of some linuxy thing where someone asks for help, but he ends up in an argument with the girl about best practices
	- they take it to dms to discuss
	- conversation eventually turns to why they chose their ways, which reveals stuff about their hobbies, which itself reveals stuff about themselves

- # Chapter the second
	- Guy continues hacking away at the thing
	- he drops a message about a thing and quotes his stupid vn
	- having not talked to the girl in a while, she texts him first, surprised about the reference for the niche thing
	- they gush about it. the guy learns that the girl is less into the game type and moe shit but more into the references to philosophy and experimental literature that she digs. the guy admits that he's just into denpa and never wanted to tackle the books they borrow from
	- she shares her music
	- he feels like a total worm and now wants to impress her because instead of a total snob he began seeing her as awesome
- # Chapter the third
	- they keep chatting and making smalltalk for a few weeks
	- the guy got his hands on some books but doesn't want to read them so he turns to attempting music instead "for the vn mod" (it's for the girl)
	- you have to make it
	- they're pretty much friends by now
	- discussions of family begin and conflict occurs when the guy is too brash
- # Chapter the fourth
	- they don't speak for a while
	- guy has to process some difficult ideas
- # Chapter the fifth
	- girl texts him again, revealing more about her family: history of abuse with her dad, but not forgiving her mother either and leaving them as a result
	- they discover they are only a city away and arrange a meetup
	- things go awkwardly at first (autism) but, they agree to meet up again
	- guy invites the girl over, but she can't go without preparation, so it's scheduled for later
	- guy has to pick a movie for movie night. his collection is horrible
- # Chapter the sixth
	- The movie choice matters and determines how the "date" goes
	- if you're successful, romantic tension really begins
		- she'll leave if things develop too quick too soon and she'll avoid you for a while (neutral ending i guess)
		- if things aren't forced, it will be chill and she will fall asleep after the films, leads to next chapter
		- if nothing happens, she stays over, and you could really fuck it up (bad ending?)
- # Chapter the seventh
	- things get real
	- some sort of climax in the guy's life involving his mother
	- he has to move on to the next stage
	- something something good ending? st4t win
